At Vali, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vali account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
